The CENTRAL HUB publishes the current instruction set digest D(IS) and one entry point per audience (5.11.7); each leads to LIBRARY PAGES, one per container, and to the MANIFEST that lists every page by title and content hash with the badge written last (5.11.1, 5.11.3); the manifest is kept as a MANIFEST TREE, not drawn (5.11.11). The hub also reaches the DECLARATIONS page, whose genesis line is the version of The Principia Machina Specification (TPS) and its digest D(TPS), computed over the text of its pages' preformatted blocks (5.14 CR9), and the BUILD CHAIN page verified against it (5.11.2, 5.6.1); each is kept, not drawn, as a CHAIN HEAD over APPEND VOLUMES (5.6.10). TPS heads the D(IS) class: D(IS) is computed over the declared version, its D(TPS) and the class's other members (5.14 CR9); implementations conform to it outside D(IS), and documentation carries the version it describes (5.11.4).
