Stage 1 Draft: a DRAFT UWC, the draft of a UUID Workspace Container, answers the one required question on which interactions act, not drawn (5.22.4), then enters its zones in order, and each rejected component returns to the author (5.5.1, 5.5.2). Stage 2 Certify: TPX, the controller, runs the final pass, with, not drawn, the structure check of the equations of motion under STRUCTURE_CHECK ON (2.2.20); computes the four digests and the label, obtains the UUID (universally unique identifier) and prefix, and writes the candidate certificate with the label on its STRUCTURE LINE; H-DECL lands it as a DECLARATIONS line, with the container's access policy OPEN or CLOSED; TPX initializes the container, writing its MASTER record and a NAMED_GAP record for each gap the checks named (3.3.1, 3.3.5) and opening the objective EOM-0 where an equation of motion is missing (3.3.16), and appends the BUILD CHAIN line (5.5.3, 5.5.4).
