Instruction-layer specification; machine-optimized text. Part of the TPM hub. GTP is the generic form of the instruction layer: how an instruction set is built so that an agent reliably does what TPS part 6 requires, on any platform. PROPOSED and UNDECLARED. Human-only edit (TPS 5.13). GTP is one artifact, GTP.txt, published here as a root page and 21 section pages, each carrying its text verbatim. The terminal sentinel is the line beginning END OF ARTIFACT.

File fingerprint SHA-256 of GTP.txt: 2630146f6e28dcc90eb09d28056a76dd7efcfc9acb388f5c12ae8a09698d07b3. Provenance only; it is not a TPM digest, which TPX alone computes (TPS 2.5, 5.6). The artifact head below, every section page in outline order, then the sentinel, reproduce the file byte for byte.

Page addresses are page numbers, not versions. A page keeps its address and title for the life of this tree; a section added later takes a trailing decimal at its place in the outline, and no page is renamed.

The worked implementation is the Claude instance, which is not normative. A map for human readers: the contents page.

THE GENERIC TPS PROMPT (GTP)
============================
GTP VERSION: 0.1.0
(proposed by branch pmp_wiki_section under decision D5.1; declared by
H-DECL by landing the genesis line; undeclared until then)
IMPLEMENTS: TPS 0.1.0
STATUS: DRAFT. Proposed, not declared. No implementation may cite this
version as normative until its genesis line is landed.

READING CONVENTIONS, for this file
Rule ID <section>.<n>, for example 8.4.
Keywords MUST, MUST NOT, SHOULD, SHOULD NOT, MAY per RFC 2119 and
RFC 8174. Normative in capitals only; lowercase instances
              are ordinary English.
OWED line a rule GTP cannot yet state: the requirement and the kind
of block, which is absence, convention or computation.
BASIS line a reason. Non-normative. Collected in section 20.
  NOTE line non-normative.
Terminal sentinel: the line beginning END OF ARTIFACT. A copy without it
arrived truncated and MUST NOT be installed.
