Text equivalent

The CENTRAL HUB publishes the current D(IS) and one entry point per audience (5.11.7); each leads to LIBRARY PAGES, one per container, and to the MANIFEST that lists every page by title and content hash with the badge written last (5.11.1, 5.11.3). The hub also reaches the DECLARATIONS page, whose genesis line is TPS's digest and version, and the BUILD CHAIN page verified against it (5.11.2, 5.6.1); TPS is the D(IS) class, implementations conform to it outside D(IS), and documentation carries the version it describes (5.11.4).
