The Principia Machina Specification (TPS). Instruction artifact; machine-optimized text. Part of the hub of The Principia Machina (TPM). Human-only edit (TPS 5.13). TPS 0.1.0 was declared final at revision 4 on 2026-09-22, a version declaration recorded in the foundations record; the chain begins at TPX's first landing (TPS 5.6.7). TPS 0.1.1, which changed only the status lines, was declared final on 2026-09-26, and TPS 0.3.0, revision 6, on 2026-09-28, naming TPS_0.3.0.txt by its file digest (D185.1); revision 5, proposed as 0.2.0, stays undeclared. This is revision 7 of the tree, proposed as TPS VERSION 0.4.0 until H-DECL declares it (S88, S91), landing the answers to the post-TPC-PY round's pause under tpm_tps_thread_request 0.1.13: D192.2 to D202.1 (the register's record forms: the record schema, GRADE beside STATUS, the withdrawal record, the result's fields, CONDITIONS, the DOMAIN form, declared forms and ROLE on records, the named-gap record, the verification record, promotion and the entry-status record, successors), D203.1 (the TPS digest D(TPS) and D(IS)'s ordered field list), D204.1 (the RELEASE digest's form number), D206.1 and D208.1 (the diagram renderers and the rights configuration), D207.1 (page addressing), D209.1 (the promotion's condition hook), D211.1 (served pages for every falcon class), D213.1 (the falcon schema digest), the corrections owed after revision 6 (the eighteen falcon kinds, the cluster functions built, the help-set approver), TPC's increments 11 and 12, and the answers to the wave 4 pause, D214.1 (STATUS under two fields), D215.2 (the inherited record's back-pointer and landing grade) and D218.1 (U_C's written digit and the record digest). It carries whole revision 6; STATUS: DRAFT until declared. TPS is one artifact, TPS.txt, published here as a root page and 52 section pages, each carrying its text verbatim. The terminal sentinel is the line beginning END OF ARTIFACT; a copy without it is truncated.
File digest SHA-256 of TPS.txt: c7b91b046168f540b0f00367e5ca7e7135bfa1fcda7a53886e4e47e9e0875f18 (TPS_0.4.0.txt, revision 7, 760795 bytes). A file fingerprint for provenance only; it is not a TPM digest, which TPX alone computes (TPS 2.5, 5.6). The artifact head below, each part heading as "PART n TITLE" and every section page's pre-block in outline order, then the sentinel, each block separated by one blank line, reproduce the file byte for byte.
A map for human readers, with the tables and diagrams: TPS Contents. The requirements source: the Generic Specification Guide. Keys and terms: process key, structure key, definition of terms.

THE PRINCIPIA MACHINA SPECIFICATION (TPS)
=========================================
TPS VERSION: 0.4.0
(revision 7 of the tree, proposed under tpm_tps_thread_request 0.1.13,
S88; it carries whole revision 6, which H-DECL declared final as TPS
0.3.0 on 2026-09-28, and revision 5, proposed as 0.2.0, which stays
undeclared; TPS 0.1.0 was declared final at revision 4 on 2026-09-22
and TPS 0.1.1, which changed only the status lines, on 2026-09-26;
each declaration is a version declaration recorded in the foundations
record; 0.4.0 is declared by H-DECL; the genesis line lands at TPX's
first landing; D(TPS) is computed by TPX at the declaration, never by
hand)
READING CONVENTIONS, for this file
Rule ID <page address>.<n>, for example 2.5.3; part 6 keeps AC-n.m.
Source tag [I-nnn] [B-nn] [C-nn] cite tps_inventory; [PR-IV] and
[PR-DP] cite the two profile anchors at tps_inventory
C-27; [F1] [F2] cite charter findings; [DI-n.m] cites a
selection; [Dnn] and [Dnn.n] cite a decision of the
foundations record and its selection; [Snn] cites a
ruling settled under a standing rule, recorded in the
foundations record; [AUTHORED] marks text with no prior
source.
OWED line a rule TPS cannot yet state: requirement, kind of block
(absence, convention, computation), C-ID.
NOTE line non-normative.
BASIS line a reason, non-normative; the reasons are collected in
part 8.
Names every capitalized name is defined in 1.1 or in the section
1.1 points to; a name used before its section is defined in
1.1 first. An abbreviation in its standard sense is
expanded in 1.1.E.
Page header, every page: address and title; purpose; governing section
(self); version 0.4.0 (proposed); class instruction artifact; audience.
