  • KIND: process
  • LANGUAGE: Mermaid
  • GENERATED FROM: static, TPS 4.2 check list, 4.1.3
  • STATUS: hand-authored at TPS 0.1.0; checked against TPS 0.3.0 on 2026-09-28: owed a redraw (not drawn: the final pass, with T3, IC2's disposition and the structure check with its label, 4.2 rows 66 and 70); checked against revision 7 on 2026-09-29, declared final as TPS 0.4.0 on 2026-09-30: also not drawn: every record checked against the record table, row 77; a contradiction's WITHDRAWAL with its cascade, 3.3.3; checked against revision 8, proposed as TPS 0.5.0, on 2026-09-30: no change bears on it; superseded by TPX at its first build

At certification the congruence and completeness audit (CAC) runs the zone checks, the kernel tests T1-T6 and the isomorphism checks, as each zone is entered (4.2 rows 34, 35, 17, 18), the digests (row 2), prefix uniqueness (row 14), atomicity of assumptions (row 23) and regime assignment (row 19), then checks every record against the register, the master record (4.1.2) and the record table (4.2 row 77, 3.2.21) and applies SR3 to SR6 of the strike rule (rows 20, 21, 22, 24). At the final pass, not drawn, T3 runs over the constraints and over laws to the ground fragment, IC2_POLICY disposes of any untied degree of freedom (DOF), and, with STRUCTURE_CHECK ON, the structure check lists its findings for the declaring authority and gives the label the certificate carries on its STRUCTURE LINE; it refuses nothing (2.2.17, 2.2.20, 5.5.2, 5.5.3; rows 66, 70). All passing yields the candidate certificate (5.5.3); a contradiction yields a WITHDRAWAL record, which writes the status REFUTED into the struck record and withdraws, in the same act, the records whose citations or assumptions reach it (4.6.1, 3.3.3, 3.3.14); equal distance, a reached threshold N_x of the Measure Set or a gold-standard case opens an audit block ending in a decision item (4.1.5). A rejected component returns to its author (5.5.2).
