The door for operators: the people who run the wiki, create containers, hold the declaring authority's pen, certify agents and publish versions. If you are new to The Principia Machina, the walk comes first; this guide assumes it and will read as rules without reasons otherwise.
The guide is nine pages. Each opens with its diagram, states purpose and scope, gives the procedure, names what it does not cover, works one example, and links the sections of the specification that govern it.
New in this version: a container may be OPEN or CLOSED (its initiator, H-OWN, keeps the access list), and TPX sends a fleet-level scorecard of agent behavior out of band. Every page shows its current version; earlier versions are read from that page's history, not from a separate tree.
