Revision as of 13:34, 30 September 2026 by BFP Rauch (talk | contribs) (1 revision imported)

Instruction artifact, machine-optimized text: TPS, section 8.3 References. Part of TPS and the TPM hub. Human-only edit (TPS 5.13). TPS 0.1.0 was declared final at revision 4 on 2026-09-22, a version declaration recorded in the foundations record; the chain begins at TPX's first landing (TPS 5.6.7). TPS 0.1.1, which changed only the status lines, was declared final on 2026-09-26, TPS 0.3.0, revision 6, on 2026-09-28, and TPS 0.4.0, revision 7, on 2026-09-30. This page is revision 8 of the tree, proposed as version 0.5.0 until H-DECL declares it; revision 7 is carried whole, and revision 5, proposed as 0.2.0, stays undeclared. The text below is this section of the TPS artifact at 0.5.0 (proposed), verbatim; the whole artifact and its file digest are on The Principia Machina/TPS. Human readers: the contents page is the map.

TPS 8.3  REFERENCES
purpose: S1-S149 in groups A-P with citation and application
governs: 8.3 | version: 0.5.0 (proposed) | class: instruction artifact
audience: operator

8.3.1 Every reference used to create TPM is an entry of the foundations
       record's section 12, with a consultation basis mark on every
       entry: [read], verified by search in a foundations round;
       [read, citation], the citation was confirmed against a
       bibliographic record and the work's text was not re-read;
       [read, by search only], the page was found but its host refused
       a fetch, and the entry's Limit line says what is still
       unconfirmed; [background], settled knowledge, not re-verified;
       [via guide], the mark points to the guide's section 11 and
       asserts no earlier provenance; [via PMP], inherited from the
       profile in force. The references build's check reads each entry's
       basis-mark field, not the text of the section. Entry form: name,
       basis mark and Applied, each required; Limit, optional. [B-46]
       [I-158] [D57]
8.3.2 Groups: A GRADING AND RANKING THE MACHINERY, S1-S7; B INTERFACE
       AND INDEX DESIGN, S8-S11; C INTEGRITY, IDENTITY, PROVENANCE,
       S12-S16; D SYNCHRONIZING WORK OWNERSHIP, S17-S19; E HARNESS AND
       GOVERNANCE, S20-S24; F RESEARCH RIGOR, S25-S28; G REGISTERS,
       S29-S30; H STRIKE CRITERIA, UNCERTAINTY AND EVIDENCE WEIGHTING,
       S31-S55; I AI CERTIFICATION AND AGENT SECURITY, S56-S84; J
       MEDIAWIKI PLATFORM AND IDENTIFIERS, S85-S97; K MOVING TARGET
       DEFENSE, MONITORING AND ACCESS CONTROL, S98-S118; L MEDIAWIKI
       PAGE MOVES, S119; M MEDIAWIKI IMPORT BEHAVIOR, S120-S122; N SI
       UNITS AND UNIT SYNTAX, S123-S126; O FLOW CONTROL, KEYED HASHING
       AND PLATFORM AUTHENTICATION, S127-S136. Group numbering follows
       allocation order: an entry keeps the number it was given when it
       was added. [B-46] [D103.1] [D125.2] [D126.1] [D127.1]
8.3.3 The references page (5.15.6) carries every entry with its citation
       and its application, generated from the record's section 12,
       grouped as 8.3.2 groups them. TPS does not duplicate the entries.
       [B-46] [B-31]
8.3.4 No entry carries [background] at record 0.8.1. The entries that
       carried it at record 0.5.0 - S3, S7, S10, S11, S12, S13, S18,
       S26, S27, S82 (Leveson) and S84, S97, together with S78's bot
       policy clause, which the 0.5.0 list left out - and group K were
       verified on 2026-09-20. C-24 is discharged. [B-46]
8.3.5 Standards TPS applies directly: RFC 2119 and RFC 8174 (S22); SemVer
       2.0.0 (S23); ASD-STE100 (S29); ISO 24495-1:2023 (S30); JCGM
       100:2008, the GUM (S48); RFC 9562 (S90); OWASP LLM01 and LLM06
       (S20, S77); the SI Brochure, 9th edition, with the 2022 prefix
       resolution (S123-S125); RFC 2697 (S127); RFC 5869 (S132);
       HMAC-SHA-256 (S131). [B-46] [D103.1] [D126.1] [D127.1]
8.3.6 Groups N and O were added at record 0.16.0; their basis marks are
       from the reads of 2026-09-22 and 2026-09-24 in the threads that
       added them, none repeated at this revision; S135's fallback
       behaviour and S136's host figures carry VERIFY on their Limit
       lines (5.2.5, 5.3.27). [B-46]
8.3.7 Group P, AGENT GOVERNANCE, FLOW CONTROL, BENCHMARKS AND ONBOARDING,
       S137-S149, was added at record 0.17.0; its basis marks are from the
       reads of 2026-09-24 and 2026-09-25 in the governor thread and the
       falcon round, none repeated at this revision. Standards this revision
       applies directly: RFC 6585 and RFC 9110 (S138), the IETF RateLimit
       header draft (S139), RFC 3986 section 6 (S144) and WCAG 2.2 (S147). The
       groups of 8.3.2 are A to P. [B-46]
