Instruction-layer specification, machine-optimized text: GTP 0.1.0, section WHAT THIS DOES NOT COVER. Part of GTP and the TPM hub. Implements TPS 0.1.0. PROPOSED and UNDECLARED: no implementation may cite it as normative until its genesis line is landed. Human-only edit (TPS 5.13). The text below is this section of the GTP 0.1.0 artifact, verbatim; the whole artifact and its file fingerprint are on The Principia Machina/GTP. Human readers: the contents page is the map.

WHAT THIS DOES NOT COVER
2.1 What an agent must do at the wiki is TPS part 6, the agent contract.
GTP MUST NOT restate it, and an implementation MUST point at it
    rather than copy it.
BASIS: two documents telling an agent what to do, both looking
authoritative, is the failure mode that every duplication rule in
    this system exists to prevent.
2.2 The machine itself - kernel, register, audit, recorder - is TPS parts
    1 to 5.
2.3 Model choice, training, tool availability and cost are outside.
2.4 GTP specifies no user interface.
2.5 GTP does not make an agent trustworthy. It makes an agent's
instructions inspectable and its failures visible. Behaviour under
work is certified elsewhere, under TPS 5.14.
