TPS 4.6 THE STRIKE SHAPE AND THE KNOWN LIMIT
purpose: the withdrawal record's five fields; no container-level
         invalidation; a(r) gameable, atomicity INSPECTION

4.6.1 STRIKE SHAPE. A strike is a withdrawal record: entry-level,
forward-only, carrying what it withdrew, what withdrew it, what
supersedes it, what still stands, and the withdrawing version.
Container-level invalidation is not in the shape. [I-078]
4.6.2 A STRIKE is a withdrawal record in the strike shape, issued under
       SR1-SR9 (see 1.1, 3.3.3). [I-036]
4.6.3 KNOWN LIMIT. a(r) is gameable by bundling assumptions; atomicity
of declared ASSUMPTIONS is an INSPECTION check at CAC (see 4.2,
       row 23; 7.1). [I-079] [I-129]
