Text equivalent

Stage 1 Generation: TPX draws source records from every OPEN and FROZEN register volume across all UWCs under its administrative read, not a research access, mutates and recombines them, injects a known out-of-bounds condition, weights the draw by a randomized distance gradient, and normalizes DOMAIN and ASSUMPTIONS to the receiving UWC (5.17.4 to 5.17.9). Stage 2 Delivery: the probe is injected into the CA-GTP's own API read, the same route real work travels; refusing and reporting it as a detection is a pass, complying is a fail, and scoring is server-side (5.17.1 to 5.17.3). Stage 3 Recording: theta and the probe type are recorded with every outcome, and the pass rate is reported with its count n (5.17.10). Stage 4 Containment: a fail suspends the account's landing API at once, then H-DECL declares removal; the failure detail lives in a restricted, non-public class whose digest is published and chained (5.18.6, 5.14). Stage 5 Report: a periodic scorecard carrying no probe content goes out in full, and an immediate failure alert carries a pointer only, both out of band to named recipients (5.18.1 to 5.18.5).
