Instruction artifact, machine-optimized text: TPS 0.1.0, section 5.12 The control panel and its logs. Part of TPS 0.1.0 and the TPM hub. Human-only edit (TPS 5.13). Version 0.1.0, proposed, revision 4; declaration pending. The text below is this section of the TPS 0.1.0 artifact, verbatim; the whole artifact and its file digest are on The Principia Machina/TPS. Human readers: the contents page is the map.

TPS 5.12 THE CONTROL PANEL AND ITS LOGS
purpose: the control panel contents; the schedule log and work-block
log; UWC STATE displayed; the canary pass rate
governs: 5.12 | version: 0.1.0 (proposed) | class: instruction artifact
audience: operator, agent

5.12.1 A management or control panel per container: copy-forward as a
       standing operation; schedule log with the states of 5.9.2;
current mutex holder and last push (the badge, see 5.10); the
container's STATE as read from the DECLARATIONS page; the
certification canary pass rate per certified account (see 5.14,
       CR8). [B-27] [I-114]
5.12.2 Copy-forward is offered unprompted on two triggers: a declared
change request against the TFK; a digest-gate failure. [B-27]
       [I-040]
5.12.3 The control panel, the schedule log and the work-block log are
written and appended by AI-LEAD, read by AI-CO, protected by H-OP
(see 5.13). UWC STATE lives on the DECLARATIONS page; the
control panel displays it. [I-103] [I-106]
5.12.4 The control panel shows the canary pass rate per certified
account with its count n and stratified by gradient epoch. A
rate without its n is not displayed (see 5.17, 5.18). [I-149]
       [D50] [D51]
5.12.5 For a CLOSED UWC the control panel shows whether corroboration
is structurally available: a UWC with fewer than two eligible
accounts cannot satisfy CR7 and the panel says so (see 5.16).
