Stage 1 Draft: a DRAFT UWC, the draft of a UUID Workspace Container, answers the one required question on which interactions act, not drawn (5.22.4), then enters its zones in order, and each rejected component returns to the author (5.5.1, 5.5.2). Stage 2 Certify: TPX, the controller, runs the final pass, with, not drawn, the structure check of the equations of motion under STRUCTURE_CHECK ON (2.2.20); computes the four digests and the label, obtains the UUID (universally unique identifier) and prefix, and writes the candidate certificate with the label on its STRUCTURE LINE; H-DECL lands it as a DECLARATIONS line, with the container's access policy OPEN or CLOSED; TPX initializes the container, opening the objective EOM-0 where an equation of motion is missing (3.3.16), and appends the BUILD CHAIN line (5.5.3, 5.5.4). Stage 3 Work: the lock, work blocks, landings, manifest and badge written last, release after push (5.7 to 5.10). Stage 4 Audit: the congruence and completeness audit (CAC) at every run applies SR1 to SR9 of the strike rule, writes strikes, and opens audit blocks that end in decision items (4.1 to 4.6). Stage 5 Succession: a digest-gate failure or a change request leads to RESTORE, FORK or COPY-FORWARD into a successor; retirement leaves pages read-only (2.5.7, 3.4, 5.11.6).
