TPM gate check

Paste a draft TFK (one JSON object with the zones TPK, TrM and TMS, at most 65536 bytes) and press the button. TPX runs the new-UWC gate's checks on it with TPC-PHP, the calculator of record (TPS 5.5): the kernel tests, the isomorphism checks, SR9 on each yardstick, the final pass and the structure check, then the digests. It stores nothing: no draft, no UUID, no certificate, no declaration. The same check, for programs: POST https://invarians.org/api.php with action=tpx, op=CHECK, draft=the JSON and format=json. For a draft that both can read and that claims no ENVIRONMENT MODULE, every line above the one that begins GATE is the line check_draft.py of TPC-PY prints for it.
