Short title	Vortex cells with idle-wheel particles between them
Image title	A plane section of the medium. The large hexagonal cells are the molecular vortices, their axes standing out of the paper. The small circles at the cell corners are the layer of particles that act as idle wheels; on this hypothesis those particles are electricity. A current runs from A to B, and the rows of vortices above and below it revolve in opposite senses.
