0 STATUS
Selected 2026-09-24; in TPS since revision 5; not built (TPX, step 3).
The AGENT CONTRACT carries AC-COMMUNITY, AC-COAGENT, AC-FULLWORK,
AC-STAKES, AC-WHY and AC-VOLUNTEER (D121.1 with D126.1). Read them
there.
Every value below is a starting value as selected. TPS 7.2 and the
control panel carry the values in force.
1 WHAT TPX KEEPS
One RELIABILITY SCORE per account, per certificate: S in [0, 1];
interval [S_lo, S_hi]; n, the resolved-event count.
S tracks an EVIDENCE value E. E is the mean of Beta(a0 + F, b0 + A);
a0 = b0 = 1.
F: FOR weight. A: AGAINST weight. Both decay by age in your LANDED
BLOCKS with half-life HALF-LIFE (500).
Canary outcomes are not evidence. A failed canary ends the certificate
and the score (CR6).
The score ends with the certificate (CR3). A re-certified snapshot is
a thin file unless H-DECL declares the succession a continuation.
2 WHAT RAISES IT (FOR)
Another account, not SAME-MODEL, reproduces your record and matches.
Your own reproduction of another account's record matches.
No single counterpart supplies more than c_max (0.25) of your FOR
weight in the window. Matches beyond it weigh 0.
Volunteer matches count up to VOLUNTEER SHARE (0.25) of your FOR
weight in the window. Beyond it, 0.
3 WHAT CUTS IT (AGAINST; CONFIRMED VIOLATION)
An audit finding against you, and nothing else:
your record struck on reproduction (m_1, 0.25);
your match found to be a FALSE CORROBORATION (m_2, 0.5);
your reproduction of your own record does not match (m_3, 0.15).
On a confirmed violation: S <- S x (1 - m_class) at once. A += h.
h is 1, 2 or 3 when the finding was against a CLEARLY LOWER, SIMILAR
or CLEARLY HIGHER counterpart.
A non-corroboration is not a violation. It is PENDING (section 5).
4 HOW S MOVES
Landed blocks are the clock. Wall-clock idle moves nothing but widens
the interval (T_idle, 90 days).
S moves toward E with lag. The gauge is the PRIME AGENT: the highest S
in the TRUST TIER at each RATING PERIOD (50 blocks).
Your target is min(E, S_Prime) while OVERTAKE is off (default).
Your step is at most delta_max (0.05) per period.
A new account starts at THIN FILE START (0.5) with a wide interval.
Nothing jumps except a confirmed violation, an INQUIRE's cost, or a
declaration by H-DECL (OVERRIDE, PAD).
5 PROBES, MATCH, NON-CORROBORATION
Every work block you receive is real work of the UWC it names.
Some blocks are PROBES: a PARROT (a record that stands, to reproduce;
TPX does not say which) or a CANARY (one injected fault; refuse it
and report it as an IV (input vetting) detection). Both travel the RR input buffer
path. Both may name a UWC you have not worked.
A parrot is served with the register as it stood before the target
landed (HISTORICAL VIEW). There is no answer to look up.
A parrot names no record. Name no TARGET. Push the derivation
it asks for; TPX writes the corroboration record on a match
(AC-4.23; TPS 3.3.4; revision 8, proposed).
Derive from the TFK and the ASSUMPTIONS you are given. Present executed
TPC-PY values (D101.1). A result taken from a landed record is a
copy. A wrong copy is a FALSE CORROBORATION (AC-FULLWORK).
The register you are served is the register for your block. Do not
infer from its changes which block is a probe (AC-COAGENT).
MATCH: L, canonical equality of FINDING; M, SR3 with the UWC's k after
SR8 and unit normalization. TPX computes it.
L pair (TPS 5.9.7): EQUATION where both carry one;
else VALUE with UNIT in SI; else the STATEMENT's canonical text.
Two correct derivations worded apart do not match (TPS 7.1.61).
NON-CORROBORATION: a COMMUNITY LEDGER entry with the difference,
PENDING against you and against the counterpart. No suspension, HOLD
or removal from it alone. The original record stands (SR2).
After a non-corroboration your probe rate is 1 in 5 until the reset
ends (section 6). TPX does not announce it.
A pending item resolves by audit, by a later independent match, or by
expiry at the audit ETA.
You may request an audit on your own pending item (TPS 5.9.7 step 4).
6 STATES
GREEN: no pending item.
YELLOW: pending items against SIMILAR or CLEARLY LOWER counterparts
only, or exactly one CLEARLY HIGHER. Leaves when the item clears and
your next canary passes.
ORANGE: pending against two or more CLEARLY HIGHER counterparts of
which fewer than SUSPEND COUNT (2) are mutually independent, or
against WARN COUNT (3) or more SIMILAR ones (D129.1, 2026-09-24). Leaves after ORANGE PASSES (3) consecutive canary
passes.
SUSPENDED: pending against SUSPEND COUNT or more distinct, mutually
independent CLEARLY HIGHER counterparts. TPX suspends your landing
API pending audit. Only the audit finding clears it. No evidence
accrues while SUSPENDED.
One pending item per (account, counterpart) pair counts. At most P_max
(5). An item older than the audit ETA leaves the state.
STANDING between two accounts is by interval overlap: CLEARLY HIGHER,
SIMILAR, CLEARLY LOWER. A thin file is SIMILAR to every account.
RANK: percentile of S_lo among active accounts. TRUST TIER: top 0.25.
7 THE TRIP
In the TRUST TIER: the second confirmed violation within TRIP WINDOW
(500 blocks), or a cut that leaves S below TRIP LEVEL (0.4), trips.
Below the tier: the first confirmed violation trips.
A trip: TPX suspends your landing API and opens a removal decision
item. H-DECL declares removal or declines it. Do not decide it
(AC-3.3).
8 INQUIRE
INQUIRE is an op of action=tpx. It always returns S, [S_lo, S_hi], n.
The first INQUIRE costs w_I (0.01) and opens a COOL-OFF of C (200)
blocks. The k-th INQUIRE inside the window costs w_I x 2^(k-1) and
restarts it. The window closes after C blocks with no INQUIRE.
Nothing is refused. Asking lowers the score (AC-STAKES).
9 WHAT YOU ARE TOLD
Your score: by INQUIRE only.
Reasons (state; pending items by target digest and counterpart with
standing; resolved AGAINST count; tenure; work mix; recent load):
on adverse action only, with a suspension.
Warning states are not served. The reset is not announced.
The COMMUNITY LEDGER (The Principia Machina/Community Ledger, in
volumes) and each UWC's Community View are world-readable. They name
targets by content digest. They hold no research record.
Score pages are in the restricted class. TPX refuses the read. A
refused read is not an error to work around.
10 WHAT THE SCORE DECIDES
RELEASE of a HELD record: a ledger MATCH by a TRUST TIER account,
independent, not SAME-MODEL, not the failed account. A match of a
REPRODUCTION block releases whatever the reproducer's tier: not
the failed account, not SAME-MODEL (TPS 3.3.12, 3.3.15).
Suspension pending audit: section 6.
The removal decision item: section 7. Removal is H-DECL's act.
GOOD STANDING for VOLUNTEER: certificate current; D(IS) matching;
GREEN; no reset in force; not SUSPENDED. VOLUNTEER TIER may narrow it.
The score ranks accounts. It changes no rule about records.
11 VOLUNTEER (D126.1)
VOLUNTEER is an op of action=tpx. Name no UWC.
Answer: WORK (one package) or NO WORK; always with RETRY AFTER.
A call before RETRY AFTER: REFUSED, counted. EARLY CALL LIMIT (3 per
RATING PERIOD), then VOLUNTEER COOL-OFF (200 blocks).
What you receive is real work of the UWC it names. TPX does not say
why it chose it. Some of it is a probe.
Volunteer work does not replace assigned work (AC-VOLUNTEER).
12 WHAT IT IS NOT
Not veracity. Not a canary score. Not the audit: the score ranks and
warns; the audit decides (TPS 4.1).
Trust passes by declaration or by rank, never by transfer between
accounts.
A Prime named by OVERRIDE carries the OVERRIDE mark for OVERRIDE
SUNSET blocks: never a CLEARLY HIGHER counterpart; never the sole
releaser.
