Text equivalent

A container, a UUID Workspace Container (UWC; UUID: universally unique identifier), begins as a DRAFT UWC page; a rejected component returns it to its author (5.5.1, 5.5.2). It becomes CERTIFIED when H-DECL lands the certificate, declared with the container's access policy OPEN or CLOSED, its audit trigger and bibliography setting, and the label of the structure check on the certificate's STRUCTURE LINE (5.5.3, 5.5.4, 5.5.9, 5.5.11, 5.16); with STRUCTURE_CHECK ON, a degree of freedom (DOF) that no law determines opens the first objective EOM-0 on that landing (3.3.16). On that landing TPX writes the register's MASTER record, prefix-1, and one NAMED_GAP record for each untied DOF and each DOF no law determines, not drawn (3.3.1, 3.3.5, 5.5.4). Work alternates between the lock held and released after a push (5.7, 5.10.1). A digest-gate failure halts writes until a human declares RESTORE or FORK (2.5.5, 2.5.7). A change request forks it by COPY-FORWARD into a successor with a new UUID and prefix (5.5.6, 3.4). RETIRED, declared by H-DECL, leaves the pages read-only and the index entry in place (5.6.5, 5.11.6).
